In 2015, Drivers can race in any Region and be awarded National Points. The points will be awarded by the Drivers' Region of Record, which is determined by his address. The number of points that will be awarded, and the number of eligible races a Driver can gain National points is determined by the number
of PASCAR Memberships that are registered in the Drivers' Region of record by March 1, 2015. For example, if you are a Driver that lives in the Sunshine Region and there were 10 Drivers registered in the Sunshine Region by March 1st, then you are eligible to use your best 14 races for National points and
will be awarded points according to your finish in the race at whatever Regional race you race in.
The number of Drivers registered in each Region by March 1, 2015 will be used to determine the number of Regional Races a Driver is eligible for National Points. The number of Races to be eligible for National Points is the following:
Points Bracket 10 or less – 14 Regional Races First and Last race worth 80 points
Points Bracket 11 -15 - 12 Regional Races First and last race worth 100 points
Points Bracket 15 or more – 10 Regional Races
The number of National Point eligible races in each Region will remain fixed with Points awarded to that number for the entire Season regardless of how many additional cars are added during the Season to the Region.
Drivers do not have to race in their Regions to gain National Points. They will be awarded points based upon their Region of Record, and the number of
PASCAR Memberships registered in their Region by March 1, 2015.
